Too many birds!
There are too many birds! Just when I think I’ve made progress with birding - learning to identify one family or organizing another, a new bird shows up and sends me back to square one. Each surprise reminds me of the richness and diversity of our Bay Area’s birdlife. That mix of excitement and bewilderment keeps me coming back to birding, eager to learn more.
Join me on this adventure as I sort out the Sparrows, whine about Warblers, and discover the countless other bird species and families waiting out there!
